A new inner-city campus was developed to replace the 60-year-old campus. Built on two square city blocks, the two-story structure includes an administration area, standard classrooms for Pre-K through 2nd grade, library, multi-purpose room, band room, art Room, kitchen and cafeteria, outdoor play fields and bus/parent drop off area.

This project involved unique challenges that included assisting EPISD in vacating a City streets and obtaining a city residential block through eminent domain proceedings.
